Suite Information and Pricing

We work to keep suite descriptions, photos, availability, and rates accurate and current. However, all information on this site is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Rates, availability, suite features, and terms are confirmed only in a written lease. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a guaranteed rate, or a guarantee of availability.

Photographs are representative of our suites and may not depict the exact suite assigned to any resident.

Application and Tenancy

Residency at 221 Luxe Suites requires a formal application and background screening conducted through KeyCheck, a third-party tenant screening service. Approval is at our discretion and is applied consistently in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. The terms of any tenancy — including rent, deposit, length of stay, and house rules — are set out in your written lease, not on this website.
