We collect information in two ways: directly from you, and automatically when you visit this site.

Information you provide directly through the waitlist and availability inquiry form:

• Requested move-in date and length of stay
• Monthly budget range
• Suite type preference
• Any additional details you include in your message

Information collected automatically when you visit this site:

• IP address and general geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring URL (the site you came from)

We do not collect payment card numbers, government-issued identification, or Social Security Numbers through this website. Background and credit screening is conducted separately through KeyCheck, a third-party tenant screening service, and is governed by their own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through this site is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to your availability inquiry and matching you to a suite
• Communicating about the leasing process, suite availability, and move-in logistics
• Processing your lease application through KeyCheck
• Maintaining records related to your tenancy
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising or share it with third-party marketing platforms.

Third-Party Services

We work with a limited number of service providers to operate our business:

KeyCheck — Our tenant screening platform. When you proceed to the application stage, you will complete a KeyCheck background and credit application directly on their platform. KeyCheck's collection and handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at keycheck.com.

MailerLite — Our email and contact management platform. Inquiry form submissions may be stored within MailerLite to facilitate communication and follow-up. MailerLite's privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Netlify — Our website hosting provider. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Google Fonts — This site loads typefaces from Google's servers. Google may receive basic request data (IP address, browser) when fonts load. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not integrate with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok tracking, or other behavioral advertising trackers on this site.

Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if you become a resident, for the duration of your lease plus any period required by law. If you submit an inquiry and do not proceed to an application, your contact information is retained for no longer than 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

This website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. The site may use session-level browser storage to support form functionality. No persistent tracking cookies are set.

Third-party services linked above (Google Fonts, Netlify) may set their own cookies or collect request data as part of their standard operation.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
